I also clicked back to the crab/andouille recipe and that sounds great too. That led me to your post about about Joanne Chang's muffins and Fine Cooking. That's my absolute favorite magazine, worth every penny, but everything I've ever made from it turns out beautifully. Good luck with the contest - you have my vote!
